- GEM latches are an exact replacement to the Southco M1 series slam latches. Exact fit, exact quality.
- Single round hole installation

- The 12mm-22mm (.475" or greater) thickness uses a thin backing plate.
- If your panel measures exactly .475" compare your existing backing plate to determine which size to order.
- Be sure to order the correct latch as only one backing plate is included. Photo shows both plates for comparison purposes.
