Windshield Screw Cover Trim

This trim is used on most Sea Ray models beginning in the 1990's
This trim is also used on Fish Hawk, Glacier Bay, Four Winns, Monterey, Crusier Yachts, Regal, Maxum, Mako, and other model boats.

Please compare measurements and pictures carefully

Dimensions: Approximately 1-1/2" x 21/32" (39mm x 17mm) Squared portion is approximately 17mm deep (21/32") measured outside to outside.

The 8349040 is very similar so compare measurements carefully. The depth of the square portion of the seal is the most important. This determines how deep the trim seats into the windshield frame.

We have been told that the 8349030 trim is for the aluminum framed windshields and the 8349040 is for the stainless steel framed windshields. PLEASE let us know if you find any contradictions to this.

You will also notice the 8349030 has a small barb at the top.
